Corporate Wellness

The Nourish Workplace Wellness Program

Sharper minds start with better nourishment.

The Nourish Workplace Wellness Program is a personalized corporate nutrition and wellbeing offering for companies that want to support employee health in a more meaningful, practical, and sustainable way.

Designed for modern workplaces, the program combines one-to-one nutrition consultations, expert-led wellness sessions, and personalised support to help employees improve their energy, eating habits, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing — while balancing the realities of work, travel, stress, and busy schedules.

A More Personal Standard of Workplace Wellbeing

I truly believe that when employees feel well, they bring more of themselves to the work they do. Better energy, better focus, better routines, and a stronger sense of balance all have a ripple effect on the way a team performs.

Through personalised nutrition support, practical guidance, and healthier everyday habits, I help organisations care for their people in a way that feels thoughtful, relevant, and genuinely supportive — not just at work, but in daily life too.

Led by Neelam Attar, Founder of Nourish by Neelam

I’m Neelam Attar, a Clinical and Sports Nutritionist with over a decade of experience in personalised nutrition, fat loss, metabolic health, and performance-focused nutrition support.

Through Nourish by Neelam, I work with individuals and organisations who are looking for a more personal, thoughtful, and high-quality approach to nutrition. My work is rooted in helping people improve their health in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their everyday lives.

With the Nourish Workplace Wellness Program, my aim is to bring that same level of personalised support into the workplace — helping teams build better habits, feel more energised, and take care of their health in a way that fits around real work and real life.

Wellness Webinars & Group Sessions

Simple, practical nutrition sessions for your team.

I focus on the everyday challenges people often face — low energy, irregular meals, constant snacking, long hours, travel, and the struggle of trying to eat well while balancing work and life. My aim is to offer guidance that feels clear, practical, and genuinely helpful, so employees leave with simple changes they can carry into their daily routine.

Webinar topics can include:

  • Eating better during a busy workday

  • Simple ways to support energy through food

  • Managing cravings and mindless snacking

  • Fat loss without restrictive diets

  • Eating well while travelling or dining out

  • Building healthier habits that feel sustainable

Every corporate wellness programme is tailored to the organisation, the team, and the kind of support that would be most valuable. Depending on your needs, the programme can include a mix of one-to-one nutrition consultations, personalised guidance, group sessions, habit support, and more focused wellbeing support for leadership teams.

One-to-one nutrition consultations

Private consultations for employees to discuss nutrition, eating habits, energy levels, body composition goals, lifestyle concerns, and overall wellbeing in a more personal setting.

Nutrition-led, with real-life practicality

Our approach focuses on the areas that affect people every day — energy, eating habits, metabolic health, stress-related eating, gut health, fat loss, and sustainable lifestyle habits — delivered in a way that feels practical and achievable.

Personalised, not generic

We don’t believe in copy-paste meal plans or broad wellness advice that doesn’t fit real people. Our programs are tailored around your team’s needs, schedules, work culture, and wellbeing goals.

Human support, expert guidance

Nourish by Neelam is a human-led practice. Employees receive guidance from an experienced clinical and sports nutritionist, not an automated platform or a generic content library.

Flexible for different teams and business sizes

Whether you are supporting a small leadership team, a growing startup, or a larger workforce, the program can be structured around your organisation’s size, goals, and preferred format.

My Promise

When I work with your team, my promise is to create support that helps people feel better, function better, and take better care of themselves in the middle of demanding work lives.

What Makes This Different

There are many wellness programs that offer broad advice, standard presentations, or generic health tips. That has never been my approach.

What I offer is more personal, more thoughtful, and far more tailored to the people I’m working with. I take the time to understand the needs of the organisation, the pace of the work environment, and the everyday struggles employees may be dealing with, whether that’s low energy, irregular eating habits, constant travel, or simply finding it hard to stay consistent.

The result is a corporate wellness experience that feels more relevant, more supportive, and more aligned with real life, not just another session employees sit through and forget.
