The Nourish Assessment

A paid consultation to assess fit and determine the appropriate level of support.

• Duration: 30–60 minutes

• Format: Video (Zoom or Google Meet)

• Fee: USD $50.00 (includes a smart scale)

The assessment covers health considerations, lifestyle and eating patterns, and expectations.

You may take up to one week after the assessment to decide whether to proceed. If you enrol within this period, the AED 300 fee is adjusted against your program.

The Nourish Assessment is a paid professional consultation and is non-refundable as a standalone service.

If You Choose to Proceed

A brief follow-up period helps us understand daily routines

• Portal onboarding (Practice Better) is completed within 24–48 hours

• Login details and guidance are shared

If you proceed within three weeks, a partial concession may be considered.
After four weeks, the assessment fee is no longer adjustable.
