Refund Policy

1. Nourish Assessment Fee

• The Nourish Assessment fee (AED 200 or $50.00) is charged for professional time, evaluation, and planning.

• Once completed, this fee is non-refundable.

• If a program is purchased within 7 days, the fee will be adjusted against the program price.

2. Program Refunds

Program fees may include a combination of:

• Consultation sessions

• Ongoing support

• Technology access

• Diagnostic services such as CGMs

• Laboratory testing (applicable only for India-based clients)

Note: Blood tests are provided only for clients located in India. Global clients do not receive laboratory testing as part of any program.

Program fees are divided into clearly defined service components.

• Services already delivered or initiated are non-refundable.

2.1 Eligible Refunds (Unused Services Only)

Unused services may be eligible for refund, including:

• Unused consultation or follow-up sessions

• Unused CGM devices or monitoring periods (if not dispatched or activated)

• Unused laboratory tests (India clients only, if not booked, collected, or processed)

Refund eligibility begins from the date a written cancellation request is received.

3. Non-Refundable Services

If diagnostic services have already been:

• Ordered

• Dispatched

• Activated

• Sampled or processed

They will be considered used services and are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method & Charges

• Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer only and issued in the original payment currency.

• All bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary fees, and foreign exchange (FX) differences are the responsibility of the client.

• These charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Processing timelines may vary depending on banking institutions. Any delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside Nourish by Neelam’s control.
