1. Scope of Services

Nourish by Neelam provides nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness consulting services, including:

• Consultations and follow-ups

• Program-based support

• Digital tools and tracking

• CGMs (where applicable)

• Laboratory testing (available only for India-based clients)

All services are advisory in nature and support informed decision-making. Results may vary.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be:

• 18 years or older, or

• Enrolled with parental/legal guardian consent

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete

3. Mandatory Nourish Assessment

• All clients must complete the Nourish Assessment prior to program enrolment.

• This is a paid consultation.

• It is required for evaluation and personalization.

• Completion does not obligate program enrolment.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Prices may be listed in AED, INR, USD, or other currencies.

• Full payment is required before onboarding.

• Fees exclude:

  • Bank charges

  • Transfer fees

  • Intermediary fees

  • FX differences

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Governed strictly by the Refund Policy.

• Only unused services are eligible for refund.

• All associated banking and FX charges are borne by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate medical and lifestyle information

• Inform any changes in health condition

• Follow guidance responsibly

Failure to disclose relevant details may impact results and safety.

7. Diagnostic Services (Where Applicable)

• CGMs are available globally (where logistics permit).

• Blood tests are available only for clients in India.

These services:

• Are informational and educational

• Become non-refundable once initiated

• Do not replace medical consultation

Clients must consult their physician for interpretation and treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nourish by Neelam is not liable for any direct or indirect damages

• No guaranteed outcomes are promised

• Participation is voluntary

9. Intellectual Property

All plans, materials, and content remain the intellectual property of Nourish by Neelam and cannot be shared or reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider’s principal place of business. Any disputes fall under its jurisdiction.

11. Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. The version at the time of enrolment will apply.
